SERVICE

Appointment REQUIRED for service on your Murf Electric Bike. No drop offs permitted without a scheduled appointment. You can drop off your Murf at any time during our normal business hours on your selected appointment date ONLY.

Once your Murf is dropped off at your appointment time, you can expect it to be completed within 2-10 days, depending on the type & severity of the service needed. You will be texted when your Murf service is complete and ready for pick up.

No quotes will be given at the time of dropoff. Quotes will only be given if requested and after a service technician inspects the bike. The bike will also need to be inspected to determine if an issue falls under warranty or not. See the menu below for general service pricing

We only service Murf Electric Bikes. Service and part replacement not permitted for any other brand of ebikes.

SERVICE PACKAGES

Basic tune-up $200

Limited Electrical Tune Up:

  • Connections: check all connections and pins.

  • Brake Cut offs: make sure they work.

Drive Train Tune-Up:

  • Bottom Bracket: clean any surface rust lube & make sure they are tight.

  • Crank arms & Pedals: make sure they are tight and straight.

  • Chain: test and lube.

  • Derailleur: full tune up clean + new cable (derailleur and freewheel).

Brakes and Rotors Tune Up:

  • Calipers: check alignment of calipers.

  • Pads: check for ware.

  • Rotors and Calipers: resurface & clean dirt and grime.

  • Brake Flush

Safety Check:

  • Tires: check ware on tires.

  • Fork: make sure fork is tight and well lubed.

  • Barring: make sure bearing is tight and well lubed.

  • Rims: true rim make sure spokes and axles are tight.

  • Post-service test ride
