Redo Costa Mesa Rules 2026

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

By participating in the Murf x Re-Do Market Costa Mesa (the “Promotion”), each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Murf (“Sponsor”), which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection and selection of entries and the Promotion’s overall administration. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments, or problems related to the Promotion.

ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older.

Employees of Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, and agencies—and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouses and their respective spouses)—and those living in the same household are not eligible.

Void in U.S. territories, possessions, overseas military installations, and where prohibited by law.

TIMING

The Promotion begins March 20, 2026 and ends March 21, 2026 at 11:59 PM PST (the “Promotion Period”).

The winner will be selected on March 21, 2026 at 11:59 PM PST and announced on March 23, 2026 via Redo and Murf social channels.

HOW TO ENTER

Anyone attending the market with a valid ticket during the Promotion Period will be automatically entered into the giveaway.

ENTRY CONDITIONS

As a condition of entry, participants must opt in to receive marketing emails from both Murf and Redo.

The authorized name and email address provided will be deemed the entrant.

PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive:

  • One (1) Murf Higgs Step-Thru eBike

  • Approximate Retail Value: $1,995 USD

Prize Conditions:

  • Bike must be picked up at Murf HQ.

  • If the winner chooses to have the bike shipped, the winner is responsible for all shipping costs.

  • Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Taxes (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners receiving prizes valued at $600 or more will be issued a Form 1099.

ODDS OF WINNING

Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

WINNER SELECTION

One (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing on March 21, 2026.

The potential winner will be contacted via email. If the selected entrant does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION

The winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release.

Failure to return required documentation within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification.

PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes consent for Sponsor to use entrant’s name, likeness, and related information for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, or other issues that may affect participation.

Any attempt to tamper with the Promotion or submit fraudulent entries may result in disqualification.

RELEASE

Entrants release Sponsor and all affiliated parties from any liability related to participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of the prize.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or inaccurate entry information

  • Technical failures or network issues

  • Lost, late, or incomplete entries

  • Unauthorized access or tampering

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Murf and Redo.

Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

GOVERNING LAW

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in California courts.
