Service Center Info
If you are having any issue with your Murf bike, please reach out to us first at 949-218-5920 firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will confirm your order details, warranty information and our in-house Service team will troubleshoot any initial issues. Our team can also direct you to your nearest service center if needed.
*If there is not an Authorized Service Center in your area, we will work with you to identify a shop that can complete the service.
For Warranty related service: Murf will send out any warranty parts free of charge. If taking the bike to a Service Center, the customer will be charged by the Service Center for any labor costs. Customers will submit all receipts and work orders directly to Murf for reimbursement of the warranty labor.
For mechanical parts or any issues not covered by our warranty: Any issues or parts not covered under warranty can be sent directly to the customer or the service center. The customer will be responsible for the cost of parts and labor from any service center.
