SERVICE AT MURF HQ
An appointment is REQUIRED for service on your Murf Electric Bike. You can drop off your
Murf at any time during our normal business hours on your selected
appointment date ONLY.
Once your Murf is dropped off at your appointment time, you can expect it to be completed within 2-10 days, depending on the type & severity of the service needed.
No quotes will be given at the time of dropoff. Quotes will only be given
if requested and after a service technician inspects the bike. The bike will also need to be inspected to determine if an issue falls under
warranty or not.
We only service Murf Electric Bikes. Service and part replacement not permitted for any other brand of ebikes.
